Wholesale Policy One of the major divisions and goals of Pacific Grain and Foods is to supply bulk quantities of conventional and organic food products to the American and international food service industry through competitive pricing. Bulk is any product over 2,000 lbs./one ton stored and shipped in a poly-tote bag, or 25-100 lb bags/sacks stacked/shrink-wrapped on pallets, with a net weight of one ton or more. However, smaller quantities can be arranged through our private label packaging division, where we pack, seal, and label other company products. We take pride in our customer service and communications. (See Customer Service) Due to rapidly changing corn and commodity prices, bulk price quotes are valid for 24 hours and subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B. from a Fresno, CA warehouse, and subject to delivery charges. Retail Policy for Dionicia, Jacquelyn, and Campfire Bean Products Absolutely no orders can be filled under 1 lb., except in specialty gift baskets. All products under five lbs. are shipped in plastic bags at no container charge. Most bulk products under 60 lbs. are shipped in cardboard cases/boxes; plastic/paper bags/sacks, or pre-packed containers. Special packaging/labeling in P.E.T. containers (plastic jars) is extra. UPS charges include a $6 handling fee per package. All sales are FINAL. There is a $20 order minimum. Terms of payment are C.O.D., check, cash (net 30 days from invoice date), or approved credit card. There is a $30 returned check fee. Any product returned without our prior authorization will be refused. An authorization number must be issued through our sales desk at Pacific Grain & Foods. Authorization numbers must appear on returned merchandise and paperwork. Returns will be credited at bulk price, less a 25 % restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Credit will be issued against future orders. No cash refunds! Please call the Pacific Grain Bulk Order Desk for wholesale lots above 100 lbs and institutional orders at one ton and above. |
