What We Do

  • SOURCING DIRECT FROM GROWERS

tractor iconPacific Grain & Foods contracts with growers and food brokers from around the world to bring the bulk food industry the finest quality products from the farm to store shelves with unmatched volume pricing on beans, rice, and grains. We also import exotic and conventional spices such as Spanish paprika, peppercorns, cinnamon, fennel, etc. and organic sprouting seeds like broccoli, amaranth, alfalfa, flax, to South American chia and quinoas.

Our company proudly sources and experiments with blended and ground products like tri-colored quinoa (white/red/black), no salt savory bean seasoning/rub, dehydrated vegetables, dry soups with grains and rice, and dozens of dry bean and lentil blends for large and small companies.

We are the bulk food supply source for independent food processing packaging companies, retail specialty, state Institutions, chain stores, restaurants, organizations, and survivalists.

Many of our products are kosher & organic certified.

  • CLEANING & QUALITY CONTROL

grain iconOur product cleaning facilities are located in Fresno and feature state of the art electric-eye and gravity flow machines.

Year 'round, on a daily basis, trucks, containers, and rail cars arrive with farm products from the US and abroad. Some crops go to cold storage, while others head to warehouses to be cleaned, packaged and shipped to world markets upon arrival.

Bean “cleaning” is a dry air-flow process to remove dirt, pebbles, plant chafe, insects and foreign materials from the field. Most dry food products are not water-washed in a typical sense, because they would sprout from the unwanted moisture, but are air cleaned of foreign materials with collectors.

Hundreds of products are packaged in our Fresno facilities where our main office complex and small retail store is located.
